Remote Dental Design provides remote digital CAD design services for dental restorations, including but not limited to crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitation cases, based on the files and instructions you provide.

Typical turnaround times are communicated on our website but are estimates only and may vary based on case complexity and workload.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and submitting cases.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the files and clinical notes you submit for each case.

You confirm that you have the right and any necessary consent to submit any patient-related data included in your case files.

We reserve the right to reject or request clarification on cases that are incomplete, unclear, or outside the scope of our services.

Pricing for our services will be communicated separately (via quote, invoice, or agreement) and is not processed through this platform at this time.

Design files delivered to you become usable for your intended clinical/production purpose upon completion and delivery, subject to any separate written agreement between you and Remote Dental Design.

Our designs are a digital aid intended for review and approval by a licensed dental professional before use in patient care. Final clinical responsibility remains with the treating dentist or lab.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Dental Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
